الانسان وحده بين مخلوقات الارض يستطيع ان يغير طابعه الخاص ليكون مهندس مصيره..والتاريخ مليئ بامثلة عن معجزة التغير الداخلي "كلنا نعرف القصة الفارسية عن الامير الاحدب الذي استقام عوده وطالت قامته بالوقوف كل يوم امام تمثال يصوره مستقيم العود"نحن نستطيع تغير الصورة الخارجية لحياتنا بتغير السلوك الداخلي لعقولنا ويتطلب الامر استبدال عادات قديمة باخرى جديدة نشكل من خلالها شخصيتنا ومستقبلنا..ويمكن ان يغدو التغير اسهل بمعاشرة اشخاص ياخذون بايدينا ويسيرون بنا قدما يريد الواحد منا أن يعيش في سلام روحي ويأكل غذاء صحيا ويمارس الرياضة ويوجّه كل طاقته ليلائم قالبا مثاليا.إذا كانت القاعدة الإسلامية تقول إن "الله لا يغير ما بقوم حتى يغيروا ما بأنفسهم"، فإن أفضل ما يمكن أن تقدمه لمجتمعك هو أن تعتني بنفسك أولا.
اعمل بجهد حتى تحسن وضعك في العالم.
